You don’t need any real-estate or sales experience — just know people who are looking for a home in Japan. Everything is done remotely on your phone: no trips to the office, no employment contract, no fixed hours. Your only job is to share your referral code; our Daijoubu Home staff take care of the consultation, viewings, paperwork and contract, supporting customers in many languages. Whether you’re studying, working or at home, you can join in your free time — and if you choose bank transfer, you never have to visit the office at all.
Fill in your details and verify your email. Once approved, your partner code arrives by email.
Open the Daijoubu Home app, enter your partner code and tap “Get a referral code”. Each code is for exactly one customer.
They apply for a home on the website or app and enter your code in the very first step.
Once they pay the move-in costs, the contract counts for you. Progress and amounts show right in the app.
The fee depends on the home — from ¥10,000 to ¥40,000 per contract. Enter your partner code in the app and the fee shows right under every room’s price.
The exact fee for each home is shown in the app and may be revised from time to time.
All contracts completed from the 21st of last month to the 20th of this month are added up and paid in one transfer on the 10th of the following month.
If the 10th falls on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday, you are paid on the business day before.
Paid into a Japanese bank account in your name (a regular bank or ゆうちょ). We cover the transfer fee.
Collect it in person at the Daijoubu Home office — bring your residence card. The office is closed on Wednesdays.

Anyone aged 18 or over, living in Japan or abroad, with an email address and a phone number we can reach. You don’t need to work for us.
When the customer has signed and paid the move-in costs in full. Applications still under screening, rejected or cancelled by the customer don’t earn a fee yet.
If the contract is cancelled and we have to refund the customer within 3 months, the matching referral fee is deducted from your next payment.
The referral fee is your income. If your side income for the year goes over the tax-free limit, you file it yourself under Japanese rules (確定申告). We can issue a statement of the amounts paid whenever you need one.
No. Referral codes are for other people only. Applications sharing a name, phone number or address with the partner are not counted.
In the Daijoubu Home app, the Partner section lists your customers, which step each application is at, and what has been paid and what is still due.
